Burkard Yacht Sales  is owned and operated by Chris Burkard, President / Broker of Record, and Christine Dantes, Vice-President / Office Manager, both formerly associated with Allied Marine / Ferretti Group of America.

Chris Burkard is a Native Floridian that grew up in a boating family. Childhood summers were spent cruising on the family’s 1960's vintage 57’ Chris Craft Constellation and 46’ Post Sport Fish throughout the Florida Keys and the Bahamas. Weekends during school months were spent fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, waterskiing and wake boarding aboard the family’s small fleet of runabouts and center consoles. Chris' yacht sales career began in 1993 with the sale of a pre-owned 1986 Hatteras 53' Extended Deck Motor Yacht. Numerous Sales awards have been garnered over the years, including thirteen consecutive Tiara Yachts Sales Awards. New Yacht experience includes Hatteras, Bertram, Tiara, Ferretti, Azimut, Riva, Mochi Craft, Pershing, Maritimo, Tollycraft, Pursuit, Contender, Marlin, Maxum, Mustang and Wenden. Chris has visited and received sales training in many vessel and engine manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S. and Europe. Some of those manufacturer facilities include: Bertram (Miami Merritt Island), Tiara, Pursuit, Ferretti, Azimut, Pershing, Riva, Ferretti Custom Line, Benetti, Maxum, Tollycraft, Caterpillar and Cummins. Christine Dantes grew up on Long Island, New York. Snow, sleet and cold were not to her liking so she left it all behind.  Before moving to Naples, she lived on Grand Bahama Island, as well as in Las Vegas, Nevada and Orlando, Florida. Her boating career started after joining Allied Richard Bertram Marine Group in February 2004. She and Chris became business partners in January 2013.    Christine has had a long career in business administration, including Public Relations, Contract Negotiations, Accounting, Marketing and Customer Service.  "I love working with the boating community and enjoy that moment when we close on a deal and can make both a Seller and Buyer happy." Christine will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the closing process, whether you are selling a boat or buying a boat.
 

Stephen Strassel - Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Burkard Yacht Sales. He is an alumni of Allied Marine, both as a Service Manager and Sales Executive, and holds a Captain's license. In addition to being a fully licensed sales associate, Capt. Stephen runs the Naples Princess tour vessel here in Naples, Florida.
